And yes you have to always be suspicious about any application you are running from any unknown source or uploader

Guys i just want to share with you one situation happened to me a couple of years ago

As a kid i was downloading any pirated stuff without reading feedback

One day i remember i had downloaded a cracked eset smart security (plus, it was silent install) so i immediately installed it as i thought it was cool and guess

what happened to me?!?!?.The very next day while i was listening to my favorite music my notepad just appeared on my screen and it had written inside that they are

from paypal and they were needed my password due to a specific problem occurred in their systems

I freaked out.I immediatly closed the Notepad as i realiazed that this is not normal, then after 5 seconds the Notepad appeared again with the same message...

and after a couple of minutes i realized that the txt was located in my prison break episodes in a Desktop folder...

The conclusion: Be carefull on what executable programs you are clicking on

I am sorry if it's a bad or stupid topic but i just want to share it for people doing the same wrong thing as i did in the past

Use sandboxie and test the application or use Vmware

On torrents ,

Read the full description

Be sure to check that the uploaded torrent is from a verifed user

Even if the user is verfied always check the comments section how users have responded to it :sneaky:

It is a matter of pity that our trusted sources are being attacked and hacked :nono:

For any cracks/keygens,always use ShadowDefender or Sandboxie. Execute them in a virtual environment see if it does something fishy (your antivirus, antimalware or antispyware will alert you...don't know if you use a crappy software like Net Protector Antivirus,Emsisoft FTW :win:). if it does, restart your PC (in ShadowDefender's case) and that malware is gone. Simple as that

And no your topic isn't stupid.

even if you don't connect your computer to the internet, all you need is to take a thumbdrive to any school, university, internet cafe or other public computer, plug it (to retrieve some document, driver, porn, whaterver from your preffered trusted source and then come back home and plug it in your computer...voila!

that's why i never leave home without my bootable live thumbdrive packed with everything i need...and even then i'm not 100% safe!
