Actually the Action Center is just an archive of alerts (present and past, as well.)If you or anyone else had ever tried to connect a cellphone through any of the ports in your system, even in the past - that alert would've been triggered and continues to reflect (remember it's only an archive.) dcs18 Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 I've seen many false positives popup through the bubble notifications at the System Tray, all thanks to the Action Center - I'd simply disregard them and disable the damn pest. :)Apart from the bluetooth dongle - even one single attempt at connecting through WiFi or USB is sufficient to trigger that message.
