I pay for 1mbps $10.00 US dollars. That's using my PC with WIFI and land phone. Overall price $32.00 US dollar. With my phone LTE around 5mbps for $29.00 US dollars per month and 15 gb of use. I'm not paying for it directly, it's part of my rent. It's 7 dollars more than Videotron but we got one 4k terminal and 2 HD terminals with unlimited bandwith.
