Rock Lee
Running two firewalls at a time was never recommended, because they might conflict with each other. But you can try and if you don't experience any problems it's probably OK..I have had no conflictions here. I did say in the post before that some would say no to this. My expiriences differ from others so I cant speak for them. For me, 2 work fine. For others, 2 would suck. Thanks for the input tho :)@shought:Indeed :whistle:1 Firewall is enough, so choose the best.Look up :sneaky:
Bizarre™
@Rock Lee:I can't agree more :PBut I better not force my opinions on others (COMODO Fanatic here) .What's best for us might not be best for them ;)
Rock Lee
:battle: glad you do. That's part of the reason why I gave a lot of choices with my comparisons.Everyone's opinion is made up by their own experiences. They can decide what they need when the time comes.[My choices should be the ones they pick tho :) lol]
BDX
One quick question, do you recommend having both firewalls on, comodo and Eset Smart Security?I'd use three or maybe four different firewalls. You can never be too secured.

You can never be too secured.Like Biz said, thats a little paranoid my friend. Even though I use 2, I wouldn't go past 2. 3 bringsup too much lag & the chances of conflicting problems are increased. 4 would just make 3 worse. demonon
Nice tut, but as security software changes very rapidly, don't you think you should refresh your tutorial?Monthly updates or so are a must for these matters.I am not saying you should, because I would happily make a tutorial myself. Rock Lee
I'm working on v3 as we speak. I'm not sure if I've said it here or not, but I'm testing out each & every anti-vir & anti-spy software so I can get a feel for it myself. I currently have 12 more to go.Don't worry, it'll come eventually (it was supposed to be releases back in May but then I hatched this brilliant idea  -sarcasm-). Just be patient, I'll release it before tryouts start at school (which is on the 12th).
