But downloading it from the homepage gave 9.013 (same md5 as yesterday). Slightly confusing this :nono:Well i guess i figured it out. The download link in our homepage will redirect to any of the 3 download servers that fxsound.com, has. So basically you're download link will be http://downloads.fxsound.com/xxx/dfx/dfx9/ask/dfx9Setup-Winamp.exe. The problem is that if you are redirected to downloads3.fxsound.com, you'll get the old build because it hasn't been yet updated, if you get downloads or downloads2 you'll get the new build. So my advice would be to keep on trying to download the setup until you'll be redirected to the first 2 server not the 3 one :DHope it help :s
Donaldo
This plugin rocks my Winamp Pro. :) Though, wish all these Developers would refrain from bundling the pesky 'Ask Toolbar' along with their software. The least they could do is to keep the 'Ask Toolbar' installation options unchecked by default. :)
shought
True, true...If you already like this, you should really try out SRS Audio Sandbox, I'm using it and in my opinion it's way better than DFX :)

shought
Thanks for the pointer, shought - I'll tryout SRS Audio Sandbox.Short story:shought: Do you use SRS or DFX?Marik: Nah, I hate those kind of applications!shought: You should, SRS owns. Really, music sounds so much better with SRS. It really fills up that empty space in music.Marik: I have headphones, cause I want to hear it all :)shought: It has a special headphones mode :) Try SRS!@Marik: *Downloading SRS*---Side story about Dutch language, nothing interesting---Marik: Mkay, I activated it.shought: *Telling Marik some settings I like*Marik: *Setting up presets*Marik: Heck, I can set the Limiter to the far right, boost the sound and still hear no static!:) (No, I'm not a sales representative over there :))
DJPrice
I use both DFX & SRS, I find they work well together, for my setup they do
Entrimo
Seriously, I really spectial about this. If the music is "well made", everything sound like it is supposed to. Then if this application edit the music in someway, you change how the music sounds.. And "restore sound clarity", what does it do? You cannot make the sound quality higher on an audiofile, if it is a 128 kbits/s MP3, its quality doesn't get better if you transcode it to 320 CBR.. I still might give it a shot, though. Both the DFX Audio Enhancer as well as the SRS Audio Sandbox really juice it up - I do prefer the less boisterous, smoother & deeper sounding SRS Audio Sandbox (guess this a personal taste)

I copied the whole .rar into SRS's folder and filled the fields and it was done. I got it running randomly once, but not the second time anymore.
