Bitdefender trial reset

Hy, I am a long time lurker, and this is my first post/question.

Sorry for the bad english, I live in Brazil. :(

I downloaded the trial reset from here: http://www.nsanedown.com/?request=167454144, tried to use the trial reset, booted in safe mode, and did the automated trial reset thing, but I am pretty sure it didn't worked, because I have 29 days left... :wtf:

And I am logged to the my BitDefender account. Am I doing something wrong, or the trial reset does not work for the last version AntiVirus Plus 17.15.0.682)? :(

Thanks in advance. :D

Sorry, this may seem like flood, but, i tried again, this time I selected to reset the trial, no to install the automated trial reset, and, now I have 30 days left.

It actually worked, well, and I am the crazy one... :wtf:

Is this the only way to reset the trial period? To boot in safe mode and then run the patch?

Thanks in advance

There are three T/R Tools:

> v1.6 by BBs

> The one by Nikko

> The one by Cyberboom

Which one are you talking about?

Furthermore, I understand you are making reference to BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2014 (NEW EDITION) which please also confirm.

Tried using the trial resetter by Cyberboom, but is says Bitdefender is not installed.

I insalled Bitdefender 2014 Internet Security in a custom location, not the default location - could this be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

I was using the 1.6 by BBS, but, I ditched BitDefender, even in the user mode this antivirus is too dam stubborn and wants to do everything by itself.

Back to Eset NOD32 Antivirus...

yes p4psb , my TR tool doesn't detect Bitdefender application if the installation path was't in the Program Files (of default OS partition).

To solve the problem just re-install Bitdefender in the default location ;)

PS: I will fix location problems in my next coming release of BD TR .. :)

I have a query..

I have installed BB's TR (From Front Page) in Automatic mode. It resets to 30 days on every reboot. The only issue is, It also resets the "Please Login to BD" Nag screen.

Is there any way to auto-reset once a few days instead of every reboot? (That way I can have fewer nag screen)

Thanks & Regards

Uninstall T/R Tool by BBs in Windows Safe Mode and then use being in said mode the "reset" button of said T/R Tool. In such case you will have to run the tool every 30 days in Windows Safe Mode and click the "reset" button. Otherwise the best available solution is the T/R Tool by Cyberboom v 1.5b. Rgds.
