Administrator DKT27 Posted April 25, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 25, 2013 I think this update is only raise performance for some games :rolleyes:Thanks for new update :wub:I am guessing that this might not be the case. The improvement can be to whole graphics cards, but they have only tested a few and are noting those.

rudrax
The same question, Does it support ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145?I know, and I have seen this in their page in all of the previous versions. But inside the driver package there comes some INF files. None of them contains the entry of MR HD 5145, without which my card is no longer supported. I have reported this in AMD forums too and it's been 2 months since I've reported but no response till now. If you download this for someone, please check the INF files if they contain MR HD 5100 series' entry.

Zex
I dislike AMD Drivers but love their GPU, and favor Nvidia drivers.Too bad they can't mix :PNvidia still holds compatibility with Win XP and Geforce series from 2005!

Administrator DKT27 Posted April 25, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 25, 2013 Hmm. I always thought that AMD guys are outselling nVidia, looks like I'm wrong. :think:Still, what I want, nVidia can't deliver it at that price point.
rudrax
Nvidia charges for the new tech involved in their GPU, where AMD only charges for the rest excluding the tech involved. So AMD comes cheaper than Nvidia.

So AMD comes cheaper than Nvidia.I really don't think that's the case on the GPU side, maybe on CPU, yes, but not on GPU. As for price of the cards, they are similar, but at the price point of which I want mine, nVidia has none of them lined up.
