The driver that your system currently have is the Microsoft's generic Bluetooth driver. This isn't causing any issue for you. This driver can't be uninstalled as it is core driver. If you manually uninstall it from c:\windows\system32\drivers, then in the next startup, your system will fail to start and undergo a startup repair.

  • Did your read that manual completely?

I told you to give me the detail of the adapter. Now, right-click on the device named "Bluetooth RFBUS" and go to the Properties, then a window pops up. Click on the detail tab and now take a screenshot of that and post here.

Sorry, my bad. Not the "Detail" tab. Upload the screenshot of "General" tab. I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

Are you sure that you Bluetooth adapter is physically turned ON?

It's physically and even emotionally turned on (gets a boner every time a woman passes.) :showoff:

How do you help? I think that you should before you start to do surgery, to study to be a doctor. Make first few things clear to yourself, then you will also know, how to ask and others can answer. During this time, that you're here to shout for help, you would have long ago made a new and clean installation. Win 8 installation takes 24 minutes, and then some more upgrades and a little fine-tuning.

Remember to the end of your life, that also from very good shit can't do not make good bread. I'm sorry, but the way it is, that the case ends with Windows reinstalling.

Code 10 usually pops up for an I/O error and I guess, the hardware is not plugged in (=physically turned ON)
