ande
It seems that for your notebook built-in bluetooth is optional.Do you have bluetooth? If yes then search on Laptop for switch button because it could be switched off. After that Windows 8 will detect bluetooth.I have yet to find bluetooth device that Windows 7 or 8 didn't recognize, but if that's the case distributor should provide you with either driver or link. You should also check for device manager if for some reason it is disabled. dcs18
Hi...Can you help me , i've got some problem with my notebook.. i will show you an Image :)my notebook is Asus A45VD  Ah, I just spotted your model - why do you guys change the font, man.The ASUS 45VD may only have a provision for bluetooth - not the bluetooth adapter (the provision & adapter are 2 entirely different things.)If you navigate into your BIOS, you might see a setting for bluetooth to be enabled / disabled. However, on some NoteBooks - you might still need an adapter device before you probably can start using bluetooth.Try checking this out by using a physical bluetooth device. dcs18
First, you need to procure an additional bluetooth adapter (internal or external) - it's not present on your NoteBook (only the bluetooth feature is currently present.)

Download the x86 one, instal and run, then report back here.i have try this software but it sayi already install the bluetooth device.. i feel confusedThen you should uninstall the current Bluetooth driver and try the installer tool that I've given, again. Try uninstalling with a dedicated uninstaller like Soft Organizer or Total uninstaller. Moreover, win 8 adds its own flavor to Bluetooth software and and overrides the default UI and behavior. That's why win 8 sucks. After uninstallation, if you face the error again, try downloading driver from WIDCOMM from this link then instal and report back here.Edit: Is there a physical switch or key combination to toggle wireless/bluetooth ON/OFF in your notebook? Be sure, that is set ON.

rudrax
Alright, there is no entry of your bluetooth controller in the programs. This means, no third party or the driver from the manufacturer (if exist) is installed in your system. Now Microsoft's default bluetooth enumerator is controlling your bluetooth device. Now, verify the following:Press win-key + R to open the run box. Type in services.msc and hit enter. When the services window pops up, verify the highlighted objects in the screenshot below:Make sure that the both services are started and set to Automatic. If they are not, do that and restart your PC to see the effect.

rudrax
Are you sure that your bluetooth adapter is physically turned ON? I mean, there might a switch or key combination to turn on your bluetooth device. Are you sure about that?Edit: Can you tell me the version of your bluetooth device? 2.1, 2.1 +EDR, 3.0, 4.0 etc. Which one do you have?
