Here's tut:

Download, unzip , When the program checks the activation is complete , click " Start > Run " dialog box, type "% temp %" > Find folder " 2013-04 17_XX - XX - XX - \~ ic30 " which contains the file " tk1en - 1b.exe " .It is the installer " Retail " , save it to use for the time next setup .
