R3C0N
Similar as Softmaker Office (Ashampoo Office) is Kingsoft Office a true alternative Office suite to Microsoft Office.Very rare to get the Pro Version for free but for the most the Standard Version offers already more than enough features. Here with this link you can request Kingsoft Office 2012 Standard License for free:http://www.kingsoftstore.com/brothersoft/kingsoft-office-standard-license-acquiring.htmlDownload: http://www.kingsoftstore.com/download/office_suite_standard_2012.exeor this download which does not need any registration, it's Pre-Activated already: http://www.kingsoftstore.com/download/kingsoft_office_giveaway.exeIts an excellent solution especially if you limited in free disk space. It use very little space for the same functions as Microsoft Office do.The only negative point is there are no Multilanguage Versions out so u have to stick with English or Chinese

They offer a complete free office suite called FREEOFFICE for Windows and Linux, everyone can use it without limitation, for private and buisiness. I think it's much better than LibreOffice and OpenOffice because of the great filters for MS Office, it's speed, and good UI, I also like the portable usage without installation on any computer which WORKS. smallhagrid
KSO has been around a while - is very light on the system and fully M$O compatible. The pro version has been 'around' with medicine in older versions and those are OK with the latest M$O file formats (DOCX, XLSX..).Once installed, KSO can be copied to another PC minus any need to install using the same medicine. There are very good things about it.OK, headed over to freeoffice.com to have a look at that...thanks to Cramps. It does require users to reg even for the free and sends a newsletter - text from that screen: We have registered you as a user of SoftMaker FreeOffice for Windows.Your personal serial number has been sent to [email protected] - please check your mail.Download SoftMaker FreeOffice now So I got the 59MB download, but not the cereal because I used a made-up email address.Likely there is some medicine or whatever for their paid ones too, but I suspect I'll just have a look at this one then delete it anyhow...to make it portable they say it must be installed 1st too, and that's kind of silly.
