With the high levels of corruption inside both the United States government including Hollywood and the elite that control special interest groups in politics, the USA looks like it has turned into a pile of steaming crap. The wars have lasted too long. The bloodshed has lasted too long. Since the ongoing war of September 11th of 2001, the United States Government has been invading country after country in a wild attempt to curtail terrorism and restore peace and trust back into the people of the United States of America. So many young people lost their lives over what many know today to be the world’s most heinous false flag attack.

Still today, all of these years later, the truth about September 11th has been tightly concealed from the people in concerns of the mainstream media which is bought out by corporations who fund them and tell them what can and what cannot be talked about. The truth is bitter but it is there: several members of The USA government knew that something was going to happen and yet did nothing to stop it. So don't look to mainstream media to tell you that the next step in the United States of America is a full blown war against the American people. Even the former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs admitted that he was told by those above him to lie about the drone program which allows for armed drones to roam the skies of the USA in preparation for war against its own people.

The MIAC Strategic Report laid the blueprint to setup and demonize USA Patriots and begin to target your every day Americans as though they were the terrorists, the title of disgrace "home grown terrorists" was thrown out there and now many average people are being targeted. In the news we heard about how returning vets would have their children taken from them for refusing to turn in their guns. Of course the gun confiscation was written on the wall too so to speak. Looking back into the darker recesses of history we can see that every time a nation began to disarm it's people, they also began to plan for the extermination of the people shortly after. Now the whole world stands at the precipice of the tipping point that ignites one massive and possibly catastrophic war. Many millions of people do not know the simple truth about the grand scales of corruption in firm place inside the USA government which has given power to monolithical corporations and were told to pretty much sink their "lawful" teeth into any who dare share their property under copyright claim when really this whole drama scene is simply a conditioning factor for the people to be slowly acclimated to a new form of serfdom.

Just today I stood outside and watched as two Blackhawk helicopters flew over town, armed with what appears to be the equivalency of a minigun mounted on the front (looked like the top picture only it was solid black). This has never happened in my location since I have lived here and it raises a lot of red flag warning that I can't ignore.

As a man who I consider myself to be, I have sworn to stand firmly against tyranny and corruption; carefully attempting to learn and provide information about all that I have learned if it is information fit to look into (some stuff I research is a bit out there LOL). I do this all so that others may know the realistic circumstances that this world faces. We are facing a catastrophic Earth changing event in the future, but what that is going to be is not completely known. The reason why it can't be known is because our fate is not set in direct stone unless this is actually the end times.

All of us should have obligations to be defenders of what is right; being unafraid to speak out against corruption and an evil tyrannical system without resorting to actual violence. We can either realize the very true and dire situation we are in and stop this faster march into a terrible future through true understanding of what is being done behind the scenes, or we can ignore it all because deep down inside...it's easier to shut it out.

Fear should not bind you down, there is too much beauty in life and all of it's many great mysteries. It would be a shame to actually forget that we once were decent human beings and that even still, we can be.

Before we have our victory, I'm afraid it's about to get really bad VERY soon. Do not be surprised if you hear of massive wars breaking out inside of the United States, this could very soon be a reality. Do not be misled easily about all things you are hearing, war times are notorious for many great lies which survive for long periods of times before being revealed.

Expect the Internet to become a very hellish place real soon; it may be taken down even for periods of times. Nations will be forced onto Intranets. The world will shortly go through a tough time, we can all feel it...the tipping point. Be strong and be ready.

For you who laugh at me about this, I feel so sorry for you. If only you knew just how real this was, you would be stocking up on fresh water and food and other important things right away! I warn you because I have a genuine care for humanity with no ulterior motive. Too many times when I try and explain important information, it appears to offend the people. The problem with USA began when 1-2% of rich and decadent and corrupted population outhere viraly convinced (with the "luck" of I and II World War as a convenient excuse all here) most majority in the USA that socialism is a disease as much the same way as is a communism. - This is a major reason why USA do not have health assurance for all, this is the major reason why banks can took you everything, this is the main reason way you pay so much for your education and eternal debt all here, this is the reason that people care only for themselves - and that is a killing and contra-productive cancer to all the state and people unity as force working together with the meaning purpose to build and propagate more better and advance humanity, without patents and similar obstacles that ruin human future and prosperity of all of us and not only prosperity of a minority ones, as more rule all here than any excuse), because all that suits and fits only to that 1-2% of the population over the Globe, that runs everything from behind - you cannot "kill" king or imperator any more as in the past, you do not know who to "kill", blame, held responsible all here, bring to justice anymore..., all that 1-2 percent of shity tugs are all behind the curtains, and Wall Street is a pretty big as all here where they are greatly hidden. :)

And I sincerely doubt it, that they will not turn as all (at least in the western oriented states over the Globe) in the plunge of the III World war, because, yes, this 1-2 percent of the anti-people all here, they are so crazy and monstrously egocentric in their psychiatric sick little brains, and they will certainly not stop, no mater what, I repeat, they are to sick in their brain to stop that hegemony, because they energy in their lives and passion is only running when they have power, when they have the power over people, and when they are in the power globally and nothing else here is acceptable for them anymore - for them this sick and pervert need is more needed then anything else in their life, for them this is a 1000 times better then the best sex in their lives + including all the money! - You need to understand that kind of a hunger and religious on their own faith in them, and they are really think that they have a right to rule as all! It is far to late for them that they simply stop now and calling them for objectivity or logic sense here, they are only a few stones more to finish what they do actually to all of us in this NWO nightmare, well, at least to all of us in last 50-80 years in the past.

Our lives today are basically a plan to buy a new bloody iPhone, and a year of a persona can so easily today pass on breath for just that piece of nothing man! Many people doesn't see nothing except there little egoistic wishes to buy a new Prada..., to go out, to be seen, to be IN, nobody seems to care for community anymore, nobody cares for nothing and no one anymore, we do not want emotional attachments, we do not want anything except maybe sex or drug + right this moment. Period.

You see, they wants from you that everybody be segregated slaves to banksters and similar. On that way, if we are alone, if we just see our ass, and does not care for anybody else, we are more easily controlled and we are automatically more humble like feudalistic slaves. It is nice and simple, to many times done in the past already, just never so much globally like today, and in USA governments lines are crafting this arts today, they are masters of the masters all here to polish that kind a way of thinking and how things runs - a good old Washington game, a little bit profound then yesterday!

I mean, we all know one German monstrous guy in the past that plunge and kill so many people during the last World war, but, even that guy never ever had that massive electronics and passive monitoring and spy over all of his people, or the people globally, like today we have in today's government control, and USA government push pass the red line off the scale today in this matters, and everybody who says anything against that establishment is liable to become instantly a terrorist. That was a lot to read bron but I read it and I like the way you think. I understand perfectly how a simple Democracy can be used to destroy whole nations. That is why the United States was founded with the USA Constitution and Bill of Rights; these foundations of law pave the way for the readily available force that is freedom to empower the people. A republic with a well informed people can actually become quite successful, but what we have is a convergence which is pretty much all the way done, into a twisted form of what is known as Crony capitalism. This however is just a framwork of evil.

Very quickly now, the freedom to speak out against this is vanishing with people being arrested or even killed mysteriously. People who know how to fight or people who are pro gun are now finding themselves in a terrible spot. Already it looks like the purge over those who know has started with the death of the worlds best sniper being found dead. FPS Russia was a famous gun show on YouTube and still is, recently however, Keith Richard Ratliff who was the executive producer was found dead on January 3rd under very suspicious circumstances. After that tragedy, you would think they would recieve rest...not hardly. According to RT news and other sources online, Kyle Myers and his fathers ranch were raided by the FBI and ATF while looking for "dangerous explosive".

The Pope resigns just 1 day before a supposed prophecy about the Pope meeting his fate...now here is something really strange to look into! As I said before, I investigate all sorts of things and although religion is NOT generally what I cover, this is worth looking into, even if for fun. Saint Malachy supposedly prophecied that after Pope John Paul II, there would be only 2 more Popes BEFORE the end days. Strange enough as things are today, the world is in a very odd standing place. Things like this even should be evaluated as it is a fact that many secrets are kept inside of churches and other places...it's worth understanding at least.

The reason I brought it up was to show that many big things are happening. A shuffle of power and control is all but done now. We can't afford to ignore all of this info anymore as it all seems to be connected right here in this unique point in history. The light product on your shelfs in the store are also that reason - The light products is a Big Pharma idea that you lose weight - hell wrong - the only reason why Big Pharma give you light products is that she can sell milk for example as separated process: milk, yogurt, butter, cheese... But, today adult persona have so much problem digested the industrial milk. - Why? - It is because we need raw milk, it contains all the correct and not denature fatty acids all here (with pasteurization, homogenization, sterilization nightmare), and it contains all living good bacterial organisms and enzymes which will help digest the milk in our body on proper and nature way, and, although we are only specie on this World which drink milk in the older age and from completely other biological species all here, it is not a debate anymore, since, the milk and fermented milk products (like homemade kefir - not industrial one) are really something that we drink in the far past, well, we drink milk from animals way, a way before we eat crops in human history! Needles the say that today we buy expensive pro-biotic tablets from Big Pharma - one such a tablet contains prox. 2 billion good lactobacterias - in 100ml homemade cheapest kefir, it contains 100 billions! We also eat in way past a meat, fish, vegetables and in second plan a fruits and nut fruits. And we equally eat the same amount of Omega 6 and Omega 3 every day, just before 30-40 years ago, and today this ratio is even 20:1. - We kill Omega 3 and Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) are noninflammatory acids which need always be on perfect and exactly equal harmony every single day in our food with Omega 6 - inflammatory acids!
But today people eat so much carbohydrate (which are sugar), and the pure sugar (in so much form - corn syrup for e.g., etc...), and we are fat like 3 sided wooden furniture! Also, today we do not eat swine and similar fat (in fact, very good for us, and that will not produce 200kg persona), we eat nightmare of industrial cheap to produce hydrogenated vegetable oil which gives as again so mush Omega 6 acid, so much inflammatory and cardiovascular disease, and, to go even further, the fact that cholesterol kills you is a one of the greatest lie of the century - it is not the cholesterol, it is a Homocysteine. Period.

We are afraid of raw milk, we are afraid of eggs that we can simply eat just every single day! :) One egg yellow contain exactly the cholesterol amount that is average day need for cholesterol for humans, and even if you eat every single day a two whole eggs, nothing can go wrong! :) Also and btw., your Dr. Oz will speak many things really good for the health, but he many things cannot say or know, because this is not FDA establishment approved and similar, it is not brainwash doctrine quietly raised till the first year of the medicine school...) ... The egg yellow is full of iron, vitamin D (which many people do not have at all, and vitamin D is not a vitamin, it is more like every day vital hormone), it has selenium which we need every single day in small quantity, especially man, it has lecithin, etc. Egg yolk is a super food, especially eggs from organic!

... And why raw milk is forbidden mostly in USA? - The main excuse by the establishment is that the raw milk can contains pathogens like one specially dangerous form of Escherichia coli - it is very unlikely that it will happen to farmers today, only in big industries!
But, in past there was very dirty production facilities for milking and during the war times and similar. So, industry people inject pasteurization process all here which high temperature will kill many microorganisms in the milk (the good and the bad ones, including very dangerous denaturation of fatty acids all here in the milk it self), and after it, to steal even more good things from the milk, industry invent homogenization and sterilization process - kills practically anything good in the milk, and, in fact, the raw milk and the sterilized UHT milk is like human and aliens in difference. - Raw milk is great for you, the other killing you slowly. Pasterization process, especially on higher and faster temperature criminal denature the fatty acids, and kill mostly the waste majority of living good bacterias (good probiotic lactobacterias) in the milk, and that is the immune system of the milk itself (the good bacterias in it) which do not allow that bad bacterias win here in the first place! So, pasteurization kills so many good things in the milk. The next level - homogenization and sterilization, kill all the rest. = Homogenization brings even better money to industry, because giving separated milk derivatives things on the sell shelves, and Sterilization means totally free of any living form - good and the bad ones.
We cannot, especially adult ones, digest that kind of industrial milk and our intestine becomes soon intolerant, first on lactose - sugar from milk, and then on milk it self.
The milk should also contain L-Tryptofan - good stuff, it will bring you to more good sleeping during night. Is it ironic that today when you drink milk, many people are so blow in their intestine, that cannot sleep at all! That is because you do not drink raw milk. Many intolerance and even bronchial asthma as autoimmune disease, will gone, if you drink raw milk, but then Big Pharma cannot steal all good things from the milk and sell you separately to produce milk bloatware in the store, butter, cheese, to hell, to produce also the margarine (margarine is food that have skull on its head, disregard the fact that today process has low transfatty acids all here), and after, when you become sick from all that, you will again buy drugs from that same Big Pharma to the rest of your lives, or, you will buy again the same anti-food only, because you will not have money to buy their anti-food and the drugs for it in the same time!
We cannot properly digest milk if it is not WHOLE UNSEPARATED and RAW (directly raw bellow the cow) product in one with all the good bacterias in it (milk own immune system that doesn't let bad bacteria to win so easily), with all good enzymes which are not killed by industrial horror nightmare (pasteurization, homogenization, sterilization), and with proper and natural fatty acids, which are not denaturated with that same industrial nightmare process of high temperature.
And that brings me to next level - affirmative, milk is not suited to be warmed up to higher temperature at all including in your own home! Period.

Next, to continue with the crop seeds.
America is full of corn and similar, for last 4-8 decades at least. It is completely rubbish talking that meat industry destroy the ecology, since we today, because the corn and similar cultures destroy so much and create waste farms all over the world, just because that particular crops to grown for our eat, we even produce bio-fuel which is totally unacceptable all here, and people are still starving over the Globe!
With so much corn and similar, USA did not know what to do. They will certainly will not give that to Africa or similar. They invented corn syrup and America tectonic plate become so heavy on fat, American people simply dying because so much carbohydrates and sugar, and all the crops are sugar in our body!

The truth is that we do not need any sugar to input in our mouth, because liver from fat will produce totally enough sugar for all our needs (which is minimum)! The sugar we did not have in the past, we have first fat, that is our primal food! Period. It was not vegan food, it was animal food, fish, sea food, animal fat and vegetables, and some fruit, nut fruits! Humans are omnivores and that's the reason why many vegans need to intake B12 vitamin and animal form of vitamin K (K2 vitamin), which, by the way, is impossible to get if you do not eat nothing from animals... We far later start to eat crops and the crops are not our primar food. It is Big Pharma idea that crops need to be on main food pyramid floor, because, after the II World war, there was something that safe the humanity, people did not have meat and similar that days (bearably have crops to eat), and even today, the meat is very expensive to produce in industry and in ecological sense, but we are able to do that only on organic old and only proper way all here and this is a bingo and win win situation to all of us - returning to organic way of do things, and not massive, industries.
The second horror problem with crops is that we are not cows and similar animals, we do not fermenting the food in our intestines, we do not have more then one stomach, we do not have that long intestines like cows, so, we cannot degrade the antinutrients in the grains/crops and similar, for e.g. phytic acid. - In the past, when people eat less of the crops, this was not so much problem (and we properly, first put grains in water before grinding the crops, and after a long-time fermented our bread dough before we put this on bakery, so this max. neutralize antinutrients all here), but today we do not do anymore of that exactly and slow procedure, and the third problemo all here is that we eat crops in simply everything (corn flakes, muesli, bread, pasta...), so, it becomes our main food, which is far then OK, it is catastrophic and autodestructive!

And why USA people cannot drink raw milk by many law in many of your states? - From raw milk you will become to much healthy, and you will not have so many allergies, intolerance, autoimmune diseases, etc.
In fact, the disission to forbid raw milk come a far way in the past because one particular incident on USA soil when people was real poison and some get death because dirty factory where milk get poisonous amount of bad bacterias. Period.
And in USA in last few decades was so much death on Escherichia Coli bacteria pathogen in the food in generally, but not from farmers and milk, but practical only in big industrial facilities to be blamed all here, and I sincerely doubt it, that ever some was bring to justice from that Big Pharma tugs all here for that, because they all say that it is "acceptable risk", that some people will simply get poisonous and die from that great big fat food industries from time to time! :(

And finally about the food, which vegetable oils are only good for your health? - The extra-virgin olive oil and the coconut oil. The olive oil is for cold food preparation, the coconut oil is very stable on warming, baking, etc., similar as the great swine raw fat which is great for you, and you will not get fat and have cardiovascular disease from it. The great fish is cheap sardine, prepared on fire also on swine fat and not on sunflower bloatware hydrogenated oil (it will not have swine taste then).

What crops = carbohydrates/sugar do to your body?
When you eat this shit, the body will find out that you have so much sugar in your organism, so the pancreas will produce insulin to lower this excessive and chronic amount of sugar in our blood/body. The problem is, that our bodies are so much in this chronic and magic-circle problemo all here, that insulin hormone will be simply to much, and that he will to much low on sugar. The second problem is that we are addict on sugar. So, when sugar is then again to low, because insulin will get it to low, we ask our self: "Wait a minute, I eat so much sweet today, and I am shaking, asking for even more sugar. So now, we will again eat some sweet, a quarter of chocolate perhaps. That will only more alarm your body to again produce so much insulin, more bigger amount then the first time, and you are in the magic circle then.
And that fucker up, is ruin lives to so much people every single day all over again. After a decade or two, our pancreas cannot produce insulin anymore, and you are in sugar disease. - Yess the bread, pasta, potatoes, bear (which is liquid bread), all that is a problemo all here!
To hell, our children we teach to eat sugar primarily in any form, so much sugar disease and lifetime addict for Big pharma diabetes medications we, the parents create on our own to our children, and we are blame for that, but we are so afraid of naturally animal fats, eggs, raw milk! - This is our primal food, certainly not the fast food, catering, microwave food, restoran food, McDonalds and similar! And certainly not light food products in a store supermarket and GMO nightmare!

Is it criminal that WHO today talk that diabetes people need to eat crops, and crops is a pure sugar?!
Is it criminal to give cancer patients glucose sugar i.v. since this is a food for cancer primarily, because, our cells do not need sugar, what they need is ATP energy?!
is it offal to give chemoth. to cancer patients, and even medicine people all know that when we give chemo to persona, we can only hope that chemoth. will first kill the cancer and not the persona first?!

We never in the past eat sugar, bearably we found our self some fruit then, or nut fruit. We are the same people inside like before thousands of years ago - the only difference is today that we wear a suit tuxedo and runs with the suitcase like nuts to Wall Street Hell. And what we eat in the past is animal fats, that is the first, not certainly the last one as in today WHO pyramid food rule!

Europe become a more and more aware of all this things know in Primal/Paleo/Low carb-high fat, LCHF food and Weston A. Price Foundation originated via USA! :)
Here in Europe we become aware of GMO demonic danger to human population, even for animals. We are start to be aware even of dangers of Endocrine disruptors, and Codex Alimentarius nightmare that blow from that same USA.
Are Europe people smarter then Americans? - I will not say smarter, I will say that we asking questions and not believe that our governments do anything good for the people if not on our careful eye.
For e.g, in whole Europe history (not the EU, but Europe as a continent), there were never so much street occupations by folk people till ACTA came out as a law to make last year...
So, we understand all their games more faster and easier then you in the USA, that's all.
That's the reason why Wall Street is so ego to destroy Europe bank system, that we are more slave susceptible to their NWO, etc...

And why I was writing so much about food all here - it is because this is also very important issue to NWO which have big pretension on controlling human population number all here.

WOW! That is a lot to digest. Thank you for that very long post, it seems you burn with the passion to see the world change into something better. I'm glad I'm not the only one out there who digs into all of this information, and it looks like you have been REALLY looking into information.

Health is key as you made that a point above. I only wish that I could afford to buy all of the healthy stuff but the truth of the matter is that here where I live, all of the food is pretty much contaminated with utter GARBAGE inside of it.

I consider myself to be very well-versed in many science maters (for e.g. medicine, food, IT, IT sec...), but science in generally today is so much poisonous with Big Pharma and politic interests.

It is inevitable to not investigate all aspects of some subject today before you get any stone conclusion and to be sure that they thought all of us in the school was really correct/or not correct at all!

I am never satisfied if someone says or educate us, that this is it - this is the correct truth, I always and wised try to ask more question-answers, to be more sure in that claims.

- That's called great passion for the real objective science, great passion for seeking real scientific truth, and it is a way romantic in the sense of exploration adventure, like you are still a kid looking in the stars! :)

I also teach every person that I know, families, friends, people that I teach, that they think on the same way - with their upper objective heads, certainly not with Facebook, Google and similar.

In my country so much people are still objective and they still ask questions. We nourished that in our culture as most important thing.

Today you cannot trust doctrine, today, more then ever before, you should read all the available channels, and hope that you will found the correct answer all here + your own intelligence which is not nourished by the establishment anymore, because that is to problematic for them - you start to ask unappropriated questions - they are here to think, you need to work what they want. Period.

- The more and higher you are educated by that same doctrine, you luckily have more scientific methods on your own to understand also, whether some documentary is just pompous news propaganda, yellow pages and nothing correct, or not.

Well, that is concerned science, but, about politics and similar, you must be today totally stoned, if you do not see obvious anymore. ;)

- Also, people need to be aware that many governments in the cross-link talk with banks and according, create whole new identification for the term "serving to community": Get 21 year old quickly, get married if you bloody want it, have max. one child (already to much "slaves" in the world), live in really small bank flat, ask for nothing, pay huge bills, be a good modern money slavery persona, and preferably die when you are 45+ from cancer and similar, because you cannot anymore work for the banks with the same strength, and, when you are 45, maybe you will not be so stupid and naive anymore, to still think that this kind of live is "normal" and decent, because the truth is that, even animals live more decent life, well, especially every bloody dog of every rich guy in the World. Period. :) :(

But, I am not depressed or in a blues bad mood all here.

- When you know the truth, and you know whats been going on = You know your enemy. And that's a big count all here finally - maybe you do not know the persona, but you recognized establishment of his!

There are no strength on this planet stronger then folks working all together, we have still chance to say them stop.

I think it will, statistically and mathematically I think it is inevitable anymore. - It is not bearable for long period of time that middle class is vanished, and that you have only two extremes here - rich and the pure ones. This is formula only for war. But, like I said, I am not afraid. People survived the same ways in the past.

Of course, this is not lucky solution for all, but, people as a specie need to understand that no one owns no one, and that NWO will never function for long and till people finally learn that, they cannot maturize more from the way in the history living in caves.

For e.g., today people can mass refuse to use simply money, and banks over few weaks can goes down. Nobody can force us to use money from banks, we will create our own folk internal valutes as today is mass Bitcoin for example... NWO is still very fragile, people just need to get smarter and organized. We still have chance to say them all stop.

If 20 states goes on the street all protesting in the same time, what will USA and NATO do, bombard as all?! :)

Politicians are still helpful if the great majority say NO for anything, so do not be afraid, even total piecefull goes out on the street with enough amount of viral people, and they are helpless, even with so many of their facilities.

And politicians perfectly knows in any state in the world that the most dangerous for them is the people which have nothing anymore to lose, and in many countries all over the world they took folks everything already. They know that, that's the reason why they are so scared and create all such autocratic laws in the first place. :)

But not laws can exist for long time and no government and the state, if you took to folks bread and games.

Well, bread they already took to many, took the Internet also (the only real left democratic place on the World today), and they will took as the "games" also here. And when that happen, people would not stay as a pussy anymore. There is simply not anymore fun for us, they cannot entertain us anymore with nothing, that they do what they want in the meanwhile... :)

... Look pirate parties for e.g., governments all over the world cannot simply believe how much folks they loose over night in their own trenches, crossing over to pirate parties! :) And you cannot bought Pirate partie presenter, he do not want corrupted coallisions, he do not need to play dirty, he have every single day more and more folks strength. Politicians are so afraid of that kind of political parties.

The spark is out, it is impossible to shut it down anymore by any government. Maybe they have some years more, maybe we all will have a war, but I do not think that NWO will win, only maybe that we will not be able to kill it for forever, and that still again, for 50-80 years our children will have again the same problemo all over again, as we have now.

So, I think that, if comes to war soon, we will not kill the NWO, maybe just "reseting it", as we reset the nacism way of thinking after the II World war, but it is not still death, unfortunately.

But, the problem with global warming vs. ice age, and the problem that we do not have oil anymore on upper part of the Earth crust, that is very bad news for the all people also - oil every single day will be more and more expensive and this is irreversible and unstoppable process anymore, oil will just go more and more higher.

Because of all that, the worst case scenario is that people will be in the future certainly low amount then today on this planet, and the truth is that mother nature do not need people, we need mother nature - well, if we talking about philosophy and totally emotional detachment all here, that many people will simple be gone for good...

In any case, we are all waiting pretty irradic, stormy future, but somehow I believe that humanity and humans will save their but, and I am optimist with very great realism in it! :)

P.S. Many really functional cures are not expensive at all. Including still many food in that! :)
