Linux Drivers for a Gigabyte Board?

With Windows 8 flopping, I decided to use the other partition which used to be for 8, a Linux Partition. I'm planning on Ubuntu or Mint but I'm leaning over Ubuntu as it does feel better and I like the visual effects compared to Mint. My problem is, I looked at the Gigabyte website for Linux Drivers on my board and there were no Linux drivers. I'm using a SATA Disk which is recognized well and there are the LAN and Audio Drivers too but one problem came and that is the most important thing's (the chipset) drivers are missing. I checked AMD's website and no luck. Here's my system:

AMD A4-5300 APU

AMD Radeon HD 7480D

AMD A75 Chipset

Realtek HD Audio Sound Card - Has Drivers

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Adapter - May have drivers?

Seagate 80 GB SATA HDD - Detected

Now, that's what I'd call a . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . flopping.

I've heard that linux takes the drivers from the respective hardwares automatically. No need for extra drivers.

Both Ubuntu and Mint have live DVDs. Why don´t you try first with that?

This. ^^
