uTorrent is an efficient and feature rich BitTorrent client for Windows sporting a very small footprint. It was designed to use as little cpu, memory and space as possible while offering all the functionality expected from advanced clients. With uTorrent, you can download files faster and contribute by sharing files and bandwidth. Additionally, uTorrent supports the Protocol Encryption joint specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0 and above, BitComet 0.63 and above) and peer exchange.

The uTorrent installer has become a veritable WhoreHouse - hosting the most rancid of AdWares (and I find myself pimping it.) :(

LOL, NOD32 flags uTorrent on 2 occasions - however, this is the first time that even the main executable is flagged (damn the Conduit ToolBar that's gonna be the new parasite of P2P file sharing.)

@rach, qbittorrent uses double the resourses that even the most recent version of uTorrent does, and the ads can easily be disabled in the advanced settings. :-)

It's a little high on RAM, that's it.

qBitTorrent, in my opinion, has a great bandwidth utilization - something that uTorrent messed up in between, after including uTP - doesn't matter if uTP is enabled or not, it was never able to utilize full speed of my (slow) connection. qBittorrent, on the other hand, does double better than uTorrent - even their uTP implementation isn't as bad as uTorrent's.

Most of the trackers allow utorrent but no qBittorrent, like Torrentleech.

The first reason why i'm still using it.

My bad. Not need to use utorrent anymore.
