Well then, this is truly commendable of ESET.

When V3 was launched, I remember it was unstable even as a final release.

It updates fine here... Maybe you should try reinstalling if you haven't already ?

Same experience here using NodLogin with 4.0.226 RC ^_^

Same experience here using NodLogin with 3.0.684

So maybe you are talking about NodLogin used with 2 different versions of NOD32?

Have not bothered doing much testing to see if old fixes works with the new RC since the key embedded will work until it becomes final. Also it is stated on official forum that "For update to work properly, the embedded username and password as well as the predefined update server must be used. Therefore, if you have other version than v4 installed, write down your username and password and uninstall the current version prior to installing the RC."

Some additional info - I do belive UlisesSoft (NodLogin) have some problems with their servers for the time being. This Babylon translated message you may understand something of ;)

The reason that the Hosting (server database) this fallen, and the utilities do not work, is because beyond the resources were allocated to the hosting, this happens by the excess readings, a table in the MySQL database, for which i understand, the problem is the implementation excessive continued in profits, in conclusion, too many users for the hosting, that kindly provides us with a donor.

Today unfortunately suppliers of hosting banned the donor that we have the basis of data housed in their servers, but this makes migremos all the other hosting and update the utilities, but as you know this problem sooner or later we will happen.

To avoid again this problem i want the collaboration of all users in these points: 1) to install the NodLogin in Manual mode. 2) Run the utility only when necessary (when the license to lapse totally) 3) Never share on the internet.

If all help in this sense can reduce the use of resources in the new hosting and enjoy more time to servers. PD: Within a few hours be sent the new version of the utilities have patience.
