That's good. All the AVs might have it till now, but seeing MBAM adding is satisfying.

MBAM itself will tell you not to run this without an AV. I have several times and not been infected. If

Webroot Secureanywhere was not so light, I probably WOULD run MBAM Pro by itself. Common sense is by far the best tool to fight Malware.

it doesn't matter if you turn off IP block because mbam will still detect the infection but in this case,the file is already downloaded into your computer

Depend. If you have not downloaded file from rghost then TURN OFF website blocking . After that run ipconfig /flushdns to avoid re-detection blocked IP.

run sandboxed browser > download the file. For better security, scan the file with your AV/Anti Malware
