Look at their forum: http://support.pokki.com/customer/portal/topics/244375-problems/questions I had the same issue, but luckly I was able to uninstall Pokki in a safe mode. Now I switched to Start8. It's much lighter than Pokki (RAM: Pokki - 2 CPU process with +-60MB of RAM; Start8 - 2 CPU processes with +-1 MB of RAM) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
