[Solved] Uninstall nod32 v5 with wrong password error

i try uninstall node 5 but i forget password(i want use node 4)

problem:

cant uninstall node from safe mode and nod32removal.exe :angry:

01.) Run RegEdit and then navigate to the following key:-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info] 

02.) Next, you'll need to rename the following sub-key:-

PackageID 

03.) If you're not able to rename the above sub-key use either of the following:-

• Take ownership of that key and it's sub-keys or
• Use the procedure from Safe Boot

04.) If you're still unable to do it - you should not be using ESET
