LiLmEgZ
I had a sorta same problem on a friend's 6yr old laptop when I installed Windows 8 to it... the solution was fairly simple and it was a old ATI RADEON X1200 cardGrab a Windows 7 driver kit for the card from manufacturer (hopefully they provide one for it, no matter what version it may be) Extract the contents BUT DONT INSTALL IT FROM THE ACTUAL INSTALLER (IMPORTANT!) Go to your Device Manager Right click on your "Video Controller" Point it to a directory that has the driver and proceed with the install, let it do its thing and hopefully all should be OK in a few minutes or so!Good luck!
