Which is best defragment software in 2013 for optimizing and defragging files-Diskeeper 12, Perfect Disk 12.5 or OO Defrag 16.5?

What do you think is't best? Pros and Cons?

I haven't used anything but the Windows built in defragmenter for years.

I rarely ever defrag, it just does it in the background and that's good enough for me.
