dcs18
What help do want . . . . . . . . specifically - The Bat! Professional is so multi-faceted, I would cringe having to even be asked to write an essay on it (it's also a very swiftly evolving e-mail client.) rach
What help do wantonly simple configuration for the first use, read and send e-mail (no need for expert configuration). For me, it's harder than outlook or opera that I've ever used, hard for me to connect it to server. I still don't know how to use it  anyway I'm using v5.2. :)

dcs18
hi nsaner, I need to ask again If I use POP3, how the best way to backup all my e-mail and restore? just in case if I reinstall the OSThe Bat! Professional has got a great auto and manual backup system in-built into the program. However, I'd strongly urge people to disable all of those and opt instead for a manual periodic backup. All the settings are stored at the following directoryC:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\The Bat! Pwd Your GUI configuration is stored at the following registry entry:-[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT]dcs18, I think I want to see you settings on Yahoo! if not troublesome :) thanks :yes:Lemme get back to you, on this.
