I registered there a little over a month or two ago put a torrent up occasionally and after a week and a half

one of my torrents was deleted so i made numerous posts in the support forum in the "torrents got deleted" thread

and i also mentioned this in like 10 other places and the best i got after several weeks was a pm by a user (verified uploader)

that he would pm a mod to contact me and a week later nothing and i kept asking what the hell i should do now then ?

So yesterday i re-uploaded the problem torrent (small change so it had a diff hash.. i just removed one of the files from the rar)

and just like before people are downloading and no complaints. I'm using the program myself it is clean and works fine !

I'm utterly shocked an disgusted !

A while back i went through this same crap with morons at The Pirate Bay and eventually a cool guy took the time to look at my files..

I think his name was BigSmoke on TPB's irc he was smart and cool and checked my stuff out (and got stuff fixed for me)

but it was a nightmare before that they deleted my account three times and no one would own up to it...is JUST LIKE KAT !

Both sites have screwed me over (TPB last year) and didn't have the common courtesy to tell me why in any way shape or form !

nothing but a random banning out of the blue for what ever reason they say after the fact.

I can't put into words how pissed off i am and how bloody sick and tired i am of cocky morons running these places.

I'm not sharing anything anymore ..screw it. I bend over backwards to do nice things for people and i get a kick in the teeth and spit on for no reason.

i wonder if KAT has an irc so someone can check stuff for me because there is no way in hell i added anything infected.

All that is needed is someone that is smart enough to check the program i uploaded OTHER than that dumb bitch who banned me.

The setup.exe has a digital signature and the patcher was made by a guy who made numerous patchs for the program many times before

and the guy is a good chinese cracker registered over at exetools. (Whole.Tomato-Visual.Assist.X-v10.7.1925.0-&-Universal.Patch-LCG.rar)

Every patch is made by LCG or BRD for that program usually. (i'm assuming that is the program they have a problem with)

I have no respect for dumb idiots that treat people like that.. not one person made any effort to help me when i BEGGED for it

and to top it off they gave me no warnings as to what or why just a ban out of the blue. they should do things with a little more maturity.

that is just pathetic !

I even found 2 torrents (ccleaner) that were infected by a torrent and warned people in the forum and i also reported a fake reloaded CS:GO game release.

TPB also banned both of my old accounts as well as deleting my uploads and everything was completely safe, I explained there was keygens in the description but still got deleted. They don't actually see if anything is safe or not, they just delete it if it seems fishy. But then again, everything is falling apart collectively.

Ya that was the exact problem i went through at TPB also !

someone figured my upload "looked bad" so they kept killing my torrent / account etc

and it was shockingly brain dead retard easy to see it was clean !

what i uploaded was the RAZOR1911 GTA 4 no dvd crack

BUT

I patched the loader .dll so that the group name splash screen would not pop up when loading teh game

and no "chip tunes" would be played and all it would have taken is for someone to hex compare the original .dll

with the one i uploaded and they would have seen i changed a few bytes from 123456 to 90909090

any one with any experience would know right then and there it was clean.

and would anyone own up to it ? NOPE !

after the 3rd time and after talking for ages all of a sudden they tried to tell me my account was hijacked

and that someone uploaded tons of virus's on my account name and i know nobody did because i was checking

on my torrents constantly because i already had my account removed 2/3 times lol

they lied through their teeth to cover up their stupidity lol

I've been doing this since the start.. i remember when torrents were invented lol

I've been at sites like Sharereactor / Shareconnector.. Filelist.org, minivova etc..

and they come and go so i will get over it but but i'm just stunned and shocked and disgusted and how this was handled.

I'm not uploading another torrent again. i've had more than enough bs with TPB or KAT etc

Not a bad place to live though.. I've tried other provinces but always came back to BC.. that is the best place to live in CAN as far as i'm concerned.

When i told people i used to live in BC when i lived outside Toronto people would treat me like a celebrity and ask me about the legendary BC Bud.

So i tried to login because the KAT user page changed and i got a message box for an appeal so i wrote this..

I never uploaded any bad torrents and i can prove it. email me at [email protected] for any info or to access ANY files anyone state is infected. I can prove i did nothing wrong.. Imade an endless amount of attempts to get help after one of my uploads was deleted and i was ignored for weeks on several topics such as https://kat.ph/community/show/21261/?page=6#comment13447383 all but one of my comments are gone from there.. but that shows i TRIED long ago to find out why my torrent was removed and after a long wait i figured i might as well re-upload it. I'm assuming this was the specific torrent in question because i was not contacted by anyone in any way about any bad files except a random user said they would get a mod to contact me and that never happened. A warning or even a statement as to what torrent was the bad one would have been mature and respectful instead i was banned with no warning and no way to respond. I challenge anyone on the face of this earth to prove i uploaded anything bad.. they can't !
I've been sharing before torrents existed and had a job removing malware for a decade and I am a cracker and a coder with past scene group experience and have a lot of fans around the world that know my name and i don't appreciate people making horrible accusations against me. I would never share a virus and i KNOW how to spot them.. i found two infected torrents are reported them in the KAT forums for example.. why would i do that if i was uploading them ? And how would i have found them if i didn't know how to identify malware ? anyway since i waited several weeks and got no reply before i won't be holding my breath this message gets a reply but i am making sure plenty of people are fully aware of all this and this comment will be copied and pasted elsewhere for others to see.

I actually see no reason to share and be active in such these fucked up public trackers like KAT or TPB, being active in those sites means you are completely wasting your bandwidth and receives nothing in return. :)

I strongly advice you to join to some powerful private trackers like IPT or TL, at least, they know how to respect uploaders and their content which they upload. :)

I always have projects in the works and now i just won't put them on torrents. if others wanna share something i made go ahead though.

what ever i put out is fair game for people to do what they want and where they want.

My current projects involve coding a new keygen for an App, cracking CS:GO, coding a new version of a cell phone unlock program.

A config package for Avidemux's x264 encoder (i am creating configs for each scene group) i have about 20 so far almost ready.

Soon i will update my file sharing client called "xpmule" and i'm sure some other app's will get updated and i will have to re-crack them.

I have a TON of unique stuff to offer that community and they are too stupid to realize it.

also just so it's clear i had made an effort to be a part of the community and was active in the forum and friendly with everyone.

it's not like i was acting like a jerk or anything..

so i replied back ok sorry no problem, i'm on it and ill get that fixed up.. it never stopped more and more admins came down on me like vultures

harrasing me endleslly with threats and warnings and after a lot of butt kissing i got tired of teh nasty and vicious offensive attitude and threats

and told them where to go.

Didn't make much sense because my ratio wasn't really that bad at all and i never made 1 negative comment and i rarely downloaded anything.

and this all came out of no where after i said thank you on a torrent.. normally i never made any comments of any kind.

They were way out of line and acted like jerks big time and it made no difference when i told them look at my stats.. i had replied back in a polite manner

that i had been downloading nothing for a week or two and only uploading like a dozen or more torrents but my upload speed wasn't that great..

it went in one ear and out the other and came delivered with moire threats of a banning etc.. they wouldn't let up and there was at least 3 of them

sending my pm's over and over.

I've seen so much brutally ridiculous BS from P2P sites it's not even funny.. P2P sucks .

and more often than not they are run by people that are unqualified and are simply given the position because they

a) got in early (luck)

b) have a high post count (spammers)

c) don't rock the boat (butt kissers)

Rutracker is not considered private i think ? they require registration but it's not invite only..

anyway i've been there for years and my account is fine, my ratio is good and i get along with 99.9% of everyone..

*except one guy who sent me a bunch of pm's bitching at me for speaking english.. The guy used about 30/40 swear words

in a span of of like 2 or 3 pm's lol .. this prick was mad because made a couple random comments in english so he wanted me to leave the site lol

BUT i told em not only are you way out of line and rude beyond any scale BUT i was told by staff there publicly in front of everyone to speak english

and we had a laugh at my Russian translation skills lol .. they said "just speak english" lol

I also said to this guy and publicly that i always try and be quiet because its a non english site and i want to be respectful to Russians..

aside from that one prick its been great overe there so.. i mention this because i don't think i have problems because of personal issues.. some places are just crappy !

I haven't commented on your torrent sites that banned you posts before, but I thank you for letting us know about it / spreading the info. I know how it feels. TPB banned my account twice, once for uploading box, mara- fix and then some guy say it's a "virus" which I reply is false positive, but next day I check, my torrent is deleted and I'm banned (including IP, good that I have a dynamic one), and second time, I didn't even do anything, suddenly see my account banned. :huh: So some mad people out there.

It's realy hard to track and test all torrents if they are clean or not. If people report you, your torrent probably will get removed without checking is it clean or not. Thats the deal with public torrents sites.

did you notice the part where i said i went to the KAT forums and comments ALL over the place that my torrent was deleted and i don't know why and i want help ?

I even posted links to the exact page where i asked for help earlier called "my torrent was deleted for no reason...." and everyone there except me seemed to get help.

i also posted in other topics in the forum and the best i got was a veteran user said he was pm'ing a mod/admin to look into my case for me (like i said already)

and nothing ever happened no one talked to me in any way shape or form.. after a few MORE weeks i had another torrent removed and i was banned just like that.

And when i went and looked at who it was some chick i had never even seen on the web site before. In a span of about a month or two she could have said something..

anything to me anywhere.. at least 1 comment. instead she was hiding and watching me and then had me banned and

when i asked for a 2nd chance i was given the message i posted earlier in the topic.

So oh hell god damn ya i blame them !

I blame a ton of them over there for sitting back and watching this happen to me in super slow motion.

And no one stuck up for me ..not even the selfish greedy pos leeches that downloaded my stuff or the veteran users that were talking to me in the forums..

it's not only that i got banned that i think KAT (and TPB) sucks really bad..

It's stuff like the attention whoring from little noobs.

The go out of their way to get releases that are clearly from a specific group

and they remove any possible trace of the group and plaster their own fake p2p group name in etc.

It's disgusting and a severe security issue among other things.

One thing that always bugs me is if i get software from a raging noob it makes me wonder how stupid they are.

Because if they are super stupid they may be passing around a virus etc and be too dumb to know..

I grabbed it but i still don't feel comfortable running this guys garbage, even in a sandbox because if i recall correctly last year this guy posted

a torrent for a Winrar download (pre-cracked) and it was bound with a virus. in his defense many people were doing that..

people were re-posting the same crap everywhere with out checking etc.. also it was a variant of another one attached to a BRD Sandra Keygen too

Ok so i looked at the guys readme.txt file and i see no credits except advertising his own name and a key listed..

And what do i see for the keys name ? "Twisted EndZ" ..in other words it's a TE scene group release that came with a bunch of files including an .nfo file

So there ya have it another release used to make this guy sit back and get his knob polished by TPB users that won't know any better. (no different at KAT either)

I've gone through a lot of P2P sites in the last 8,9,10 years and what i see happening is steady decline in quality in the p2p scene..

it has devolved into a nasty retarded load of garbage and the funny part is it was never very good to begin with LOL

If people don't know who to credit that is fine i understand that but most of the time these guys KNOW what they are doing.. for example,

SceneDL is making a career out of stripping and re-posting scene group releases and aside from the few points i already mentioned, there are other reasons

why this behavior is bad. In the shareware scene there is often repacks or nukes or proper's and your gonna get what ? when some nub posted god knows what ?

I'm not defending crappy behavior from crap holes like KAT or Demonoid or TPB or what ever.. yeah there are some good people and good releases but quality control

goes out the window and yet they have plenty of time to harass and ban users etc..
