Hi,

I wanna order something from a website and it says this: "You can pre-order on Thursday, February 7th, 2013, which is typically published between 2PM and 3PM (Pacific Time)"

What time is it in Europe then, in this case Spain ?

If you go here you will know what time it is anywhere in the World. http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx

Just to add you can always open the windows taskbar date/time option(towards extreme right bottom) & see all the major cities/nations listed there ever since XP days IIRC !
