Customizing a boot CD; adding stuff=> how ?!?

Hi Folks.

So I've got this great new favourite I want to put in my briefcase to keep with me all the time - MiniTool Partition Wizard.

I made it's boot CD no problems - and wanted to add the standalone and maybe a couple of other things to it - so I made an ISO of it using Magic ISO and opened that and added to it and re-burned it.

Trouble is it's a Linux boot CD and when it tried to boot it threw up a checksum error and failed to boot.

All the files were visible, but no booting, sorry...

I made a bootable USB with it, and then added files to that and it still booted, no problems.

So my questions are=>

Is there a better way to customize a Linux boot CD without pissing off it's bootloader ?!?

Is there any easy way to go from a bootable USB stick directly to making a bootable CD from it ?!?

BTW, the tool I want to do this with was posted by Flaubert, here:

Thanks Again Flaubert, things really don't get a whole lot better than that !!!
