It is very unusual, but the developer (SoftOrbits) page's download link downloads the same 25.1 MB package that is available from the Giveaway web-page (with the wrapped setup file), instead of the actual 'Sketch Drawer 1.0' 16.1 MB setup file. So, I went looking for the 'Sketch Drawer 1.0' setup file elsewhere; wherein, I found one as follows:
