Boilsoft Video joiner

Interesting giveaway this one.

I downloaded and unpacked.

I have the serial already as it is in the .rar/.zip folder.

However, I went to the authors website and saw the latest version is 'Video joiner v7.02.1' (without quotes).

I downloaded that version and installed it.

I used the GAOTD serial and viola it works on it.

The giveaway in the setup .exe says v6.57.

I know the authors are lazy and don't check their builds and didn't change it.

So the GAOTD could be v7.02.1

Go get your video joiner from here and save serial.

Get the latest all singing all dancing from here.

I look forward to the splitter and maybe other softwarez from the company being available.

It is only stated that the Version available on the Product website is the latest version, i.e., 7.02.1, but it is the same old Version as provided with the Giveaway,i.e., Version 6.57.

So the Product Makers are by now, fooling up the Consumers.

All in all, we get the version 6.57.

Thus, it is obvious that the app is most likely version 7.02.1; whereas, the developers had only forgotten to change the program's setup package to reveal the new version number.

Please check all available possibilities before presuming and stating erroneous info as though they are facts. :)

And yes, the name & code data from the Giveaway package does work on the installed Video Joiner program from the developer site's setup file.

Actually, none of us posted an erroneous or a presumed piece of information.

My input was based on the fact that the Initial Setup Window quite clearly showed version 6.57 as the current build. Also, i had stated in my post as well, that the Product Page shows the Upgraded version 7.02.1, which it rightly is, after going through all rounds of installation. Thus, it itself becomes a misguiding state arising out of Developers neglect.

I can only say that it is a whole lot of scrappy work done by the Developers courtesy their lazed out asses, to not have changed the build right at the installation Window's Pop up.
