Thanks friends.

1. hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key

2. choose ' see advanced repair option '

3. choose ' troubleshoot '

4. choose ' advance option ' then click ' windows startup settings '

5. finally choose ' restart '

Done !

Some problems can easily be resolve by reinstalling windows but it's not easy to reinstate all your software, personal settings and your virtual working environment, just as mara- pointed out. Even after you had reinstalled a new copy of windows this problem might occur again in some time and you will end up reinstalling again. But only to know that your WTF! or Windows To Fail you again an again on the same kind of problem! :pos:

Yeah, the smart way would be to know what caused this to occur (as curious marik inquired) and to find a solution to it.

The other is, if you have already setup a perfect working environment and your documents and data files reside on another disc,

make a backup copy of your windows whether by some partition/drive backup software or by simple copying and archiving your windows files. And, if disaster happens then you can simply restore to your customized copy of your OS with all your personal settings already there. You may have made some changes to your current copy but this will be much easier to configure than a freshly new installed OS. ;)

Everyone is a noob or a newbie when you're dealing with an unfamiliar uncertain problem/situation, but morteza handled it well.

He may not yet know what caused this and may not know how to deal with it at first but his experience mold him to be resourceful.

He sought the help and knowledge of others who might have already dealt this kind of case or may give a wise advice.

He improvised to muster all given advices and opinions to resolve his issues and I salute him for this. ;)

If I'm in morteza shoes I would definitely panic, run nude in the street then *pooof* collapse! :fear:

Only to wake up again and realize that it wasn't a bad dream, IT'S STILL THERE! :badmood:  :protest:

Experienced also taught me that the best way to approach this is to take a rest and fap. fap.gif

Then, everything not so bad at all, I may not find a way to resolve this issue but at least I tried to recover what I can.

But if I ever successfully resolve this issue then this :shit: will not trouble me again in the future. :P

I suggest you scan the system boot BitDefender Rescue CD (with update), then check the file integrity of widows in command prompt with administrator privileges by running sfc / scannow and if you restore corrupt files. Reinstalling the OS is not a solution ... can be corrupted MBR or do put on another partition

Glad it all worked out. Sometimes we all need help (without some sarcastic people).
