[Solved] Minimize/restore window problem in Office 2013

When I minimize the window and restore it, sometimes (NOT always) the window will show as the picture below.

and sometimes (NOT always) the window will show as the picture below (should be maximized).

OS W7 32 bit

Please help!

you can explain more details about since when you got the problem (since you install it), did you upgrade it or clean install?? or anything else? maybe you need to explain it more clearly. :)

first step, you can change your theme for a moment and see if there's any difference. or running system file checker, on cmd, run sfc /scannow

Previously I had Office 2007 and I uninstalled it. Then I installed Office 2013 and Visio 2013 retail versions and I activated them successfully by Skype. Visio is working perfectly, but with Word, Excel and PPT is happening this issue with minimizing/restoring window. It's happening since I installed it. I just updated Office and still nothing...

well if that so, for now I just can guess the problem come from graphics. maybe you can try update your driver.

Solved! I did a big update through the Windows update (about 100 items related with Windows 7, Office 2013, Net Framework, Visual ...) and after that it started working perfectly!

I hope this info will help if someone have the same problem and save him some nerves! :)
