vissha
Avira Antivirus Portable - USBNote: This is not Avira AntiVir Removal Tool. This trick is to pack whole Antivirus on USB! Please Note: It's not official supported by Avira. And you can't find any downloads of its website. It's a homemade program whose manual you'll find in forums. I've found a suggestion in Avira's support forum with further links for creating this tool. What is needed to create an portable AntiVir@USB version? current installation package (--> www.free-av.com <--)USB stick ca. 20min from your time You should download a current installation package from Avira's homepage (see the link above). Then you unpack this package, i.e. WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRar etc. The disk space of your USB stick is limited so we create a minimalist portable AntiVir@USB with about 25MB. Note: There are possible to scaling down the portable AntiVir@USB of course. If you have unpack the installation package then you have to change to your USB stick and create a folder (i.e. AntiVir_Classic_Portable). Therein you must create more subfolder as follows:INFECTED LOGFILES REPORTS TEMP XP (or the folder of the system you wnat to use)Tip: The folder "XP" you can copy from the installation packaged you've unpack before. You will find it in the subfolder "basic". They contain the driver you need for the respective Operating System. In the folder Profiles you move the respective profile files (i.e alldrives.avp). All other folders are empty because they create their files itself when they are needed. To the folder "AntiVir_Classic_Portable" you have to move following files.addr_file.html aebb.dll aecore.dll aeemu.dll aegen.dll aehelp.dll aeheur.dll aeoffice.dll aepack.dll aerdl.dll aescn.dll aescript.dll aeset.dat aevdf.dll antivir0.vdf antivir1.vdf antivir2.vdf antivir3.vdf avadmin.exe avarkt.dll avcenter.exe avgio.sys avgio64.sys avpref.dll avrep.dll avscan.dat avscan.dll avscan.exe avwinll.dll build.dat ccgen.dll ccgenrc.dll cclib.dll cclic.dll cclicrc.dll ccmainrc.dll ccplg.xml ccprofil.dll ccscanrc.dll cctpc.dll ccupdate.dll ccupdrc.dll cfglib.dll hbedv.key luke.dll lukeres.dll rcimage.dll rctext.dll scanjob.avj scewxmlw.dll sqlite3.dll ssmdrv.inf ssmdrv.sys startupd.avj sweb.zip sysdir.avp sysscan.avp unacev2.dll update.dll update.exe updaterc.dll updgui.dll updguirc.dll weblink.urlIf you are ready you have create your own portable AntiVir@USB. Do a test scan and have fun with your new toy.To Update to latest Virus Definitions:Use this Official tool: Avira Fusebundle Generator[Manual Update Tool](See Instruction Guide and Download links for the tool on Above link)
