Hey try This if you have windows xp sp3 still installed

1 Run Registry Editor

2 And then follow this

3 “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows.Then select and double click CSD version from right panel and change string value 300 to 200 and restart your pc

I don't know why anyone would want to downgrade to SP2 since there is no support for it nor any updates.

As I recall, If you 'upgraded' the machine from SP2 -> SP3 (as opposed to installed from a SP3 disk), there should be an undo left behind by the update and all the old files copied to a folder underneath \windows\system32
