this reminds me when Jasc software was bought and shut it down! this is scary shit for employees losing their jobs

Oh my god...I've used AVG IS (uninstalled,it was good,but Eset is more good for me) and it wasn't bad...but this looks like....my god...*faints* NOOOOOOO,I can't pirate their softwares anymore? *cries*. I'm glad I could make your day better,unknown reader.

I've said this in many posts about AVG. They leave traces which is difficult to find out by normal users. And nowadays its becoming complex finding the traces by AVG and its products. Don't say its Good. It sucks.

The traces are the biggesest headache to any user of AVG products, because the first problem many users face is they are unable to install other AV products. Ask other experts on the web, they'll say the same.

I haven't used Advanced Uninstaller Pro 11. According to reports from many users, forums & sites, some uninstallers help us remove some major traces that AVG created just for the sake of giving the ability to install other AV. But the other traces will create huge problems in future like maybe a system crash/windows updates/installing other app/the new AV corrupt while downloading definitions, etc. Many have been affected and the only way they got is to Format the OS, nothing else.

thnx for this info..i thought their uninstaller will remove all avg traces

even their support team suggest to use other uninstaller software

AppRemover might help
