Hi, guys! How are you doing? I've got an issue regarding Java.

That happens when I go to my cellphone carrier online chat. According to the carrier, the problem is on my side. I have Java 7 update 10 installed. And I've got the same issue on IE, Firefox, and Opera. Could you help me? Thanks in advance :)

On a x64bit system, one needs to install both - the x86 bit and x64bit of Java.

only if you using both x64 and x86 browser

if only use x86 browser like ff,then no need for x64 Java

@sanjoa

try uninstall Java 7 and install Java 6

  1. Remove all java version upgrades or main installation. (Use revo uninstaller )
  2. Disable Firewall , Anti-virus, UAC.
  3. Download the standalone java version.
  4. Install java.
  5. Go to this java website test page to see if it works.
  6. Use your cellphone carrier and check if its okay.

Test page here : http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp

Just have done a complete uninstall and cleanup of Java (both x86 and x64) using Your Uninstaller + CCleaner + JavaRA and reinstalled again, but the issue is still there.

Tried reinstalling your browsers? Backup your favorites and try completely uninstalling the browsers, then reinstalling.
