Ambrocious
This happened to me, Ambrocious. I just thought I'd share this as a matter of fact.Being since I investigate conspiracy related information, because a lot of it winds up being true, I will sometimes go to beforeitsnews.com and check out some of the headlines. Some of them appear to be fake. Obviously.Other times however, I have seen some weird things that look and seem to real to be fake. These websites are sometime like the recycle bin of the nerd realm who works for a cup cake overlord who throws cup cakes away. Anyways, here is an image of the consorship taking place:It did not say that the website was a virus or anything like that. It called it a "suspicious" website. This usually means (if you don't know already) that it is true and they are covering it up. The reason there are so many fakes in there is because there are so many real ones in there too. The best tool of destruction is discreditation.
Gabben
"malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent."That's the reason.
shought
This is not News, Google has been doing this for a long time and it is their right, if not responsibility, to do so. Moved to the Chat section.
Administrator DKT27 Posted December 24, 2012 Administrator Share Posted December 24, 2012 The site is infected with malware. Don't worry about it, nothing wrong from Google, it's actually protecting you from the infected site. If the dev has cleaned the site, the message will be gone in one or two days.Having said, what is to worry is, today, lot of sites are infected and are getting blocked. Funnyjunk for example. Again, in this case I trust Google, but I'm worried that there is some mass infecting botnet out there.
Ambrocious
I meant to put this in chat but it seemed worthy of sharing....Google has never that I noticed, censored that website before. Maybe it's just me but I haven't gotten this message before.
Administrator DKT27 Posted December 25, 2012 Administrator Share Posted December 25, 2012 I meant to put this in chat but it seemed worthy of sharing....Google has never that I noticed, censored that website before. Maybe it's just me but I haven't gotten this message before. As shought noted, this feature was invented/integrated long long time ago. And yes, it's integrated inside Firefox, Chrome and other browsers (not IE, MS is too egoistic, hence, it invented it's own thing called SmartScreen, which is not as efficient as this one). How this works? Well, as you might know, Google sends bots to all the sites to index the site's contents and show that contents on Google Search. While indexing, those bots see if they are getting infected or not. If they are, they send the info to Google, which, in return blocks that site so that people don't visit it and get infected. If you still think it was a false positive, then click this (not recommended):
