They will be able to download your files, as soon as they log in their accounts. After you upload your files on 4shared you’ll be able to share your files with others by using an access link. You can email the link, place it on your web page, or publish it on blogs.Also, if you don’t want your file to be seen by everyone, you can share your link confidentially, with only the people you choose. And that is as far as i know a new "feature", i shared many stuff in the past to the public and everyone could download everything, as non-registered user or guest. I'm not sure if 4shared is the right hoster, if you want to use it for the public, since the people will need an account for download. For the file settings, right-click on the file->Properties->General->Allow downloading for publisher only (untick that option if it's activated and save).If that is not possible or changes nothing, use another hoster, majithia made some good suggestions. You need to acknowledge that somewhere, not sure where, because I had the same issue and contacted support and they gave me some link, which is not some generic. Try looking in you account somewhere to acknowledge DMCA and to unlock your account.Cheers ;)EDIT: About making files public, if this is an issue: Right click on My 4shared folder, choose Share, then Public Access and click Save.
