The QOS packet thing is just a myth, thinking winxp deliberately would hold back 20% of your internet bandwidth

As for the other option, the one in which you might think changing the value to over 9000 will increase dl speed is a misconception.

The only way your speed will increase is if you ISP is willing to give you more bandwidth themselves.

So, nothing - you guys were unable to find that key in the registry (that's the location.)

Those are prehistoric links dating way back to the ancient XP days - the only folks who claim that QoS wont work are XP Users. :tehe:
