Did you try the default theme?

Have you tired to do a system restore to the most latest date? Are you noticing any other changes to your computer? Anything out of the ordinary?

You must have used or using Win 8 transformation packs..the original UI files are replaces by the W8TP's respective modded UI files resulting you to made this thread..Well, not that severe problem..If you have created a system restore point before installing the W8TP, restore it to that point and if you haven't, insert the windows 7 installation disk and press "Repair" option.

I tryed default theme , still the same problem also restore point , still the same.:( And i don't use any transformation pack i just used customized theme (new visual style). I will try now the Run > cmd > sfc /scannow
