Nah, I don't use any speedup software. To tell you the truth you don't need it, Windows 7 (and 8) are good optimized by default.

If I need to I usually disable startup services and apps manually, these kind of speedup software usually are bloated and infiltrate themselves in startup, and usually set some scheduler tasks for auto-optimization, and in general cause machine to slowdown.

As for 'internet optimizers' I usually disable Nagle's algorithm for reducing latency (aka ping) and that's it.

Keeping low number of apps in general is the best way of making Windows optimized and highly responsive.

Use only anti-virus solution (basic real-time anti-virus), because security solutions with implemented HIPS or BB is the best way of reducing machine's responsiveness.

How to Install and register TuneUp Utilities 2013 13.0.3000.138
1. make sure there is no TU installed in your OS. if there is, then uninstall it first, delete the folder too.

2. disconnect internet first just to make sure.

3. install TU. during installation, choose 'custom installation' and uncheck the "regularly check for updates" and 'check for updates immediately after installation' entries
4. after finish, don't open TU
5. add this to your host file ----> 127.0.0.1 secure.tune-up.com
6. delete this from the registry ----->[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{64A3D41B-61A5-4834-9A42-FDE1C37C0010}]
(If you can't find exactly same with that reg (cuz I don't know if everyone have the same reg), maybe you can just look for first 4 digits(64A3), then delete it. do backup first for safety)
7. use keygen to generate the serial (keygen REPT from frontpage), don't patch TU.
8. open TU, enter the serial and your name
9. finish

(tested fine on Windows 8 x86 by me)

Today my way got blocked. So i uninstalled and searched the tuneup files and removed. Also in regitry, including the CLSID TuneUp key. Then tried with your method, but the key{64A3D41B-61A5-4834-9A42-FDE1C37C0010} regenerates after entering key. How it is not regenerating for you?

I wasn't using any trick for the registry, just deleted it manually.

Yeah, may be. Bcoz it is said open in many sites, that Windows 8 doesn't delete/remove registry when we delete it.

I wonder whats the difference because we used the same Win8. maybe you can try to delete it with TU Reg Edit before it get block :lol:

Actually, Other registry keys are getting deleted when i delete. Only that single registry is making problem. And whenever i install/reinstall, the shortcuts of TuneUp-Start Center is labelled in popup description as Tuneup-Startoberflache. And TuneUp 1 click maintenance is labelled in popup description as TuneUp --1 Klick Wartung. Why is that so? And i only installed English Version directly downloaded from tune-up.com. And how to remove all the traces. I searched and deleted all tuneup named reg keys and files. And also the CLSID key. But when i install again, it says 15 days trial left/trial period ended. Why is that so?

You seem to have somehow installed the German edition - TuneUp is based at Germany. ;)

You seem to have somehow installed the German edition - TuneUp is based at Germany. ;)

But i only once i downloaded english from tune-up.de and after that i downloaded from www.tune-up.com. But when i install the second, still i'm getting that german words in some description of the tuneup files. But the software works in English.

I ask that because every way i have try ALL THE WAYS AFTER SOME DAYS EXPIRE and it bring me the classic message that the product must buy......

I have try block the ip at hosts window file, i have try keymaker, patch, remove registry values but ALWAYS after some days these patch/keymakers e.t.c. expire.

Is doesn't matter if i use proxy server at my browser or not.

It expire even i don't do tune up utilities update check.

PLEASE TELL ME A SAFE WAY that never expire.......

these steps below that might be work for you,Bro ! : >>> I did it myself on XP & W7,

Before do steps, clean your old installation of TU with Registry Trash Key Finder and remove all registry found

1. Turn NET off ( Offline installation ) to prevent silent updater make connection to server

2. Run installer then choose "custom installation" while running.

3. Don't forget UNCHECK "update automatically" option and let installation finish but don't run the program

4. Blocked all .exe file (inbound & outbound connection)within TU folder that update related with firewall. If you in XP,use 3rd party firewall such Comodo or Private Firewall

5. Run program and go to "setting" and once again,UNCHECK "update automatically"option in it.

6. Register the program with keymaker and no need PATCH (coz I don't like PATCH ;) )

7. Done

8, Turn NET on and you are good to go

Works for me with latest version TU

If i forgot to do the 1 step and i do it next at step 5 is that matter?

Correct. It is totally worth buying. I never had problems with it, which I cannot say for other similar suites. If you mess around with fake keys, the software itself is nice enough to give you a link with a significantly discounted price offer.
