needed help on how to run metro apps in low resolution laptop

hello frnds.. i needed help, i have a notebook lenovo ideapad s10 3s, its screen resolution is low 1200*600 so metro apps are not working, and registry hack method to increase resolution makes the screen blurred what to do to increase resolution without blurring, what hardware or software upgrade is needed.. kindly guide me..

hmm,, try to update VGA driver. usually, new driver is support high resolution.

tested by me. before update: 1024x768 , after : 1366x768 .

open control panel > device manager.

select display adapters > select your display adapter. right click on it > update driver software.

* search automatically .... : you can update driver directly over internet

* browse my computer ... : update driver offline. download it first from your VGA's site

i have already update vga driver through driver genius but problem is same...

how to fix it.?????
