princenarwal Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 in vlc, right click on video then tools-effects and filters-video-geometry-transform.here you can rotate as you like.to permanently rotate use video editior e.g xilisoft video converter or mcfunsoft video converter.
