My ISP, QATAR TELECOM is blocking the site (nsane.down) ;) At first, I thought it was a prob with my browser/firewall. So i cleared out my cache, etc. But then on cross checking with other friends, i found the site to be blocked here. I seriously need to get around this. Wat do I do? Here is wat keeps coming every time i try to connect.Luckily the forums are still working and i still have access to you guys. Someone plz help. I inherited an old Fujitsu Siemens v2000 that was Windows XP based, So i started downloading and installin all possible programs at once. Now i feel stupid. N have apparently made a big :) of myself. Honestly, I don't know? so sorry shought, but as far as I know this country is using internet connection from a telephone company (not pretty sure) ETISALAT we applied for the connection but I don't know if the IP address is exclusively only for us? Im here in dubai and Im from the Philippines as my avatar shows.Hope you can help.. :( :fear: Im using the internet here in our flat this time and I noticed just this few days ago...same internet connection... Is it only for exclusively only for 1 applicant or others can also use this IP address? I also notice when I try to use rapidshare as free user it will prompt you that you are downloading already even you actually didn't..How would it be? Administrator Lite Posted January 28, 2009 Administrator Share Posted January 28, 2009 Your ISP is Emirates Telecommunications Corporation.You can check your own IP @ http://www.whatismyip.com/You could perhpas contact your ISP, telling them the problems you have (with forr example rapidshare).IP's are usually (in domestic cases), assigned per user, however, they can be shared ocassionally.
