rudrax Posted November 28, 2012 Author Share Posted November 28, 2012 Ok so I finally did it and going thru this process, I obtained some conclusions: Any default windows file protected by "SYSTEM" user group can be overridden by Administrator.Any 3rd party file protected by "SYSTEM" user group can't be overridden by Administrator if it is protected by some module of that 3rd party app..The Avast license file I was trying to delete was protected by Avast self defense module and turning off the module I was able to delete the file.
