I test all the keys are currently working, probably wrong answer has been given during skype call.

I have used the phone activation plenty of times, normally it would respond "this is not a valid MS Product" if it was blocked. I find it strange that it is bumping me to agent without asking me for the number of installations. Just tried it on another VM and got the same response. I know the keys seem to work for others. Wondering if my Skype is not being blocked due to other activity (MS owns Skype). I'll try from another Skype account.
