dcs18
So, when you reach HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell\Grid right-click a value called “Layout_MaximumRowCount” and click “Modify.”Did not find that value on my copy of Windows 8.

dcs18
I wanted to bring the true Aero back, but alas couldn't find a way to do it..While the underlying code for the Start Menu was retained albeit hidden, Microsoft removed the code for Aero completely - the good news is that WindowBlinds is releasing Aero with full transparency, shortly. dcs18
Yes, I'm also beta-testing for one of my Developer friends - he's into themes & skins and has managed to re-incorporate Aero into Windows 8.With his theme, Windows 8 grabs Windows 7 by the scruff of it's pretty neck, hoisting it up the wall and humping it. majithia23
On the contrary , ironically , for all the flak that this 8th edition of Windows has been getting since the time of its inception , it could all be everything BUT sweet !So , "unlocking" some "sweet" features kind of seems like an oxymoron thing to do ..... :P
