Mo Husen
Hi All,What is the best way to remove Norton NAV or NIS from the system completely. Is it best to run the Norton uninstall and then run the norton removal tool or go straight with the norton removal tool?Is there any files/folders/ registry keys to remove manually afterwards.By mistake, I have installed NAV 2013 instead of NIS 2013, I previuosly had NIS 2012 over which I installed NAV 2013 by mistake.I now want to install NIS 2013 and use TR to 180days.Any help will be much appreciated.Thanks. davmil
Use the regular remove programs, reboot, then run the Norton Removal tool & reboot again. Here's a link - http://www.majorgeeks.com/Norton_Removal_Tool_d4749.html That link will send you to Symantec's FTP server for the latest version.
