How to make old hardware usable in Windows 7/8 ?

I owned some old legacy hardware like a Apacer USB wifi MB112 and a serials port writting tablet.

How I suppose to make it usable on Windows 7 / 8 ?

if support for PAE, NX, and SSE2 is not there, i doubt. my old hardware supports PAE and SSE2, but not NX. have tried installing win8, but shows errors. any solutions?

There's your problem, ur processor chip doesn't support the NX instruction, therefore you cannot use Windows 8... because of the fact that Windows 8 REQUIRES ALL of those instructions to be present on the processor chipset :D
