Problem with CPU core usage

Hi, guys! My computer is having an strange behavior regarding the CPU core usage: my CPU processor is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 4000+ (yes, a bit oldie but realiable). The second core is always having between 69% and 80% of usage while the first core is on 7%-20% of usage most of the time. Is this a normal behaviour? Thanks in advance :)

only system idle process is which most CPU power uses

lmao sanjoa

System Idle Process is not consumption - in fact, higher the percentage lower the consumption.

in fact there was a little program called cpu idle for xp and earlier computers with the objective of putting the cpu in 100 or 99% idle to cool down the cpu.

CPU cooling will help you achieve these things:

decrease CPU temperature

enhance stability

enable overclocking (overclocking increases temperature- CpuIdle gives additional headroom)

increase CPU life (a decrease by 10°C doubles the life span)

cut power consumption
