Microsoft Surface vs iPad 4th Generation

So me and my sister were debating on which one's better. She says that Surface completely blows iPad out the water and I say thats not the case. Leaving out Apple prejudices, what do you guys have to say about the product :)

But Surface's Tegra 3 (RT) and i5 Ivy Bridge (Pro), and 2GB RAM (RT) and 4GB RAM (Pro) are only things that I think are better.

Apple A6X is still a mistery, but it is may be similar with A5X but with increased cpu and gpu clockspeed -____- , iPad 4 will be better if it has 2 GB RAM. because some of its competitors has implemented 2 GB of RAM in their devices.

Mmmmmm, or maybe it uses cortex A-15, like samsung's newest exynos.

What's interesting here is, Microsoft has put a lot of time in the touch version of Windows 8. It's is to be seen, on the software side, how Windows 8 performs on tablets. So even as leaving Apple prejudices mentioned in first post, I'll personally prefer the Windows OS over iOS, if, if, MS has actually delivered with Windows 8 on touch.
