I seem to be having trouble activating Microsoft Visio Professional 2013.

I have changed it and tried activating myself almost 5 times with different Installation IDs, I can't get it verified either. But here's another.

Installation: 1368215 0642995 1925436 3925443 4145983 3203360 1461905 7779875 6672961

Key is still working as i checked now but your installation id not verified if you have tried to install more than one key in your systen try to delete all keys instruction on Page 1 under spoiler tag about how to delete block keys also if you have activated KMS Server you need to delete then install the keys again page 1

Completely Uninstalling Office 2013

I did what you asked. Uninstalled product keys of both Office Pro Plus 2013 and Visio and re-entered the new ones. I was able to activate Office Pro Plus 2013, but Visio still remains not activated and I cannot verify my Installation ID.

Shed some light for me what's wrong please? By the way, before entering the UK call center, I have to enter a code that is read out by a male voice, saying that it's for security purposes, then only I get transferred to the activation center. This didn't happen before, is it something new and could it be the problem?

Reinstall the Visio and try to activate again

About UK NO PANIC,,, enter the verification code then rest will be same there is nothing to be worry about it. Just dial one every question you will be asked.
