This was a correction that you asked for group 5, that is why I am asking if I need to change key.

Disable sound card then get new id...........!

If Installation ID not verified! Read the instruction about how to change Installation ID using same key posted there >>>
After that send us new installation ID...

Key is not blocked but you are doing wrong all the time during call installation ID gets blocked...!

it just ends the call before it begins

i use Australia number and i already activated from it office 2013

don't now what is new ! to say error about windows and office

Do never use Australian Call Number you will fail all the time try to use UK or USA call center see there >>>>> Some of the English Speaking Microsoft Product Activation Toll Free Number

and

There is an instruction how to deal MS via Skype for successful verification see there >>>>> Simple Practice Calling Microsoft & Activating Your Product Via Phone
