What is the best , activation by Retail key or VL Mak key? and why ? I want to know the difference.

for both win. and office

You have ask this question before however Personally i would suggest you VL Edition reasons:

1. Mak Keys are easier to find & survive much longer than retail

2. VL Edition can be activated MAK Keys also KMS Server however none of the KMS Activator working on Windows 8.1 but if and when someone able to make it work you have 2 option to use.

3. Apart from those there is no difference between 2 edition regarding to functionality.

Windows 8.1------------------------

There is none leak MAK Keys for Windows 8.1 VL Edition only one work for some people does not work others its weird but that is what it is

Once again there is no difference between Pro Retail to VL

Windows 8.1 Enterprise has more features than any other Edition design for business customer but you can not add WMC this EDITION

Also some advise on backup plzzzz im using toolkit 2.4.9

If you have tried to activate via Toolkit 2.4.9 you need to delete or uninstall KMS Activation there is a button on toolkit 2.49 delete then change the key send us different ID

You can not use KMS and Phone activation you need to chose one drop other one.

No No No ....... when u send me confirmation iD for office ,both my windows(previously activated) and office will be activated so when in future i have to install a fresh window on system i want to reactivate by using backup created by toolkit this was my point i just edit my last post see if that MAK key works thanxxxxxxxx

Hi, I need some help here

My system, Dual boot with Win7 (original oem) and offfice 2010 in the first partition + Win8.1 (2nd partition) pro activated by phone and Office 2013 (trying to activate by phone)...

First attempt to activated by phone failed; No matter what I do, when I change the product key (with internet disabled) the ID to validate remains the same...??? I've tried to reboot, and even uninstall/reinstall Office 2013 and the ID is always the same!?

Is this normal? Can the dual boot cause this? TIA

Key is still working you probably make mistake during call there is a workaround about how to get different ID without resize and reinstall Windows read this:

Also send your old installation ID and last 5 digit of key i will try one other USA Number sometimes if you are lucky i can approve the ID other call center.

Not able to validate i am guessing you have tried to contact MS and made mistake during calls you need to dial1 every question you have been asked however no panic change the key and send different ID there is a instruction how to change the key under the spoiler tag on page #1 >>>
